Some time ago, Montessori education became popular for supporting and caring for children at home. And for good reason. In this workshop, we will show you specifically how you can prepare yourself and your home for your baby and toddler and organize your everyday life.

The workshop is aimed at parents, grandparents, babysitters, childcare workers, daycare staff, and anyone who spends time with children.

COURSE LOCATION
The workshop on 25.10.2025 will be held online via Zoom.
The workshop on 01.11.2025 will be held on site at Montessori ElKi Blumenau, Wachtstrasse 9, 8134 Adliswil.

COURSE LANGUAGE
The course will be held in English and translated into German if necessary.

Our workshop leader
Jessica Scrimes was trained at AMI for the age groups 0-3 and 3-6 years. She was a Montessori child herself and her three children attended Montessori schools in Australia and Switzerland. Jessica Scrimes has a BA in Social Welfare from the University of Western Sydney, with a focus on empowerment and advocacy skills. Over the past 10 years, Jessica Scrimes has established and managed a bilingual (English/German) Montessori daycare center for children aged 0-6. She also worked as head of the registration team for the International Montessori Congress held in Sydney in 2005 and was the international secretary for the International Montessori Congress 2021 in Thailand. Today, she runs the Montessori ElKi and Blumenau playgroup in Adliswil.
