Many educators feel exhausted by constant interruptions, challenging behaviors, and the struggle to maintain a calm, focused classroom. In this Montessori-inspired course, you’ll learn to recognize the different messages behind children’s behavior and respond with confidence, compassion, and purpose. Discover practical, respectful strategies that reduce conflict, strengthen relationships, and help create a peaceful classroom community where both children and adults can thrive.
